Machine Operator and Laboratory Technician

Small but growing metallurgical lab near Benbrook (south west Fort Worth, TX) seeks a machine operator to help prepare test samples. The machine shop currently includes Okuma Lathes, Haas Mill, Manual lathe, surface grinder and saws. Materials machined are mostly a wide range of steels and cast iron with some plastics(milling) as well.

Some lab testing also included(hardness, tensile testing, metallurgical sample preparation).

Candide must be dependable, able to multi-task and willing to learn new machines and procedures. We are willing to train the person with good attitude and aptitude.
